IS Service Request - Order Screen

  • The Order screen displays the service catalog and the order form.
  • The user selects a category of services on the left, and the items in that category will appear.
  • Clicking the "Add to Order" button will add that item to the order form.
  • Items can be removed from the order bu clicking the "Remove" link in the order form.
  • The items that appear in the catalog are dependent on the type of request. For example, if the request is for employee termination, only "Terminate Account" type items will appear.
